The CTP program was initiated in 2005 to encourage counties and their municipalities to develop joint long-range transportation plans. The final products will serve as inputs in developing ARC’s future regional plans.

The plan will culminate in a prioritized list of transportation improvements the County will use to direct funding investments in the future. This list will be fiscally constrained to reflect anticipated funding levels.
